- 200ml (7fl oz) extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Lyle’s Golden Syrup
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 rounded tsp Dijon mustard
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- Combine the olive oil with the Lyle’s Golden Syrup, the vinegar and mustard and shake until mixed.
- Season to perfection with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle over your salad – and enjoy!
